Quality Childcare and Education will always be foremost on your mind during the early stages of your child's life.

It is important that your child interacts with other children and adults in a positive, creative and nurturing environment. Excellent childcare relates to all parents, whether you are working every day or you work at home.

Adventureland Nursery and Preschool has been providing quality childcare in the western parishes of Bermuda since 1984.

Our reputation is evident in the continual growth of our students academically and socially. The desire of our parents to continually refer Adventureland and to return with additional children over the years has always been important to us.

Our school has been set up as a "Centre Based" school with developmentally appropriate activities for children.

This includes Dramatic Play, Blocks, Manipulative, Computers, Library, Arts/Crafts and Science and Nature centres. There are monthly Field Trips where we encourage parental involvement.

The weekly "Kindermusik" Music Programme, Crossfit for Kids, Spanish, and July Swimming Programme for three and four year old students have been a rewarding experience for the students.

Adventureland occupies the "Tivoli" property of the Bermuda National Trust which enjoys about eight acres of property on Middle Road, Warwick.

This facility is second to none and is fully appreciated by our students as they enjoy well-equipped, air-conditioned classrooms, caring qualified teachers, a fantastic playground, and a stimulating interactive curriculum to foster optimal development for our students.

We look forward to welcoming your child or children to the Adventureland Family.

Staff

Our teachers play an integral role to your child's development at the school and we strive to have a positive and motivating environment both for our staff and the children.

The teachers have trained in various areas, from the United States, England, The Philippines, Canada and The Bermuda College. Most of our teachers have many years of experience in the class and continued education and training seminars is encouraged for all teachers.

All staff are trained in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and First Aid (CPR). Adventureland teachers are nurturing, enthusiastic, creative, and provide developmentally appropriate activities in their classroom.

Most of our teachers have attended conferences in the U.S. put on by The National Association For The Education Of Young Children (NAEYC). This international association is for educators and vendors, whose goal is to provide training in the best methodology of teaching for young children. Adventureland has had representatives attend many of these conferences for over twenty seven years.
